This episode Haqq sits down with Palestinian American Nina Kharoufeh. Some of you may know her as a boxer, others may recognize her from heckling audience guest at her comedy shows. Nina stopped by the Oasis and shared what it was like growing up in New Jersey, why she quit her job as a producer to become a standup comedian, how she got into boxing (its a pretty hilarious reason) why her father told her not to wear the hijab and how she really feels about Amy Schumer. If you enjoyed watching Ninas standup comedy or any of the projects she has been apart of than you will love this episode as she brings that same wit and humor that many of us love so much. She also shared whats next for her in her career so I suggest tuning in.
She is our last guest for Season 1! So we had to close with a great guest.
